Fake Bank/Escrow Website

This scam is hitting people looking to purchase cars on line. They find a car and a dealer who is willing to sell the car at a great price right away, but before the dealer will ship the car overseas, the buyer is asked to put money into an escrow account at an online escrow company that the seller provided. They wire the money, but the seller never sends the car. The online escrow company was a phony front created by the seller.

This is also happening with bank websites.  The person operating the scam says that they are a bank employee, and they have a link to a bank website after their signature in their emails.  But once you open an account and transfer all of your money into the new account with their back, they shut down the site and take your money with them.
