We ordered goods that 3 months ago worth $3000 but recieved nothing, and can no longer get hold of them

Have you reported them to the host and to the authorities?
YOiu did not say where you are from, but if you tell me which country, I will try and lead you to the agencies that might help.
It is doubtful that you'll ever get the goods or money, soory to say, but perhaps these scammers can be traced down in case they start a new website.

YOu should let them know about your problem with a website they are hosting.
I can't find anything on that company right now. You may be able to google it on your own to see if you can fnd out anything about them.

Is the website in Chinese? If you are a fluent in Chinese, it's best to notify the police there so they can investigate their business practices.

Knowing the china market the Guangdong area is VERY well known for counterfeiting. What you describe to me is most likely a case of someone getting shut down for counterfeiting clothing brands and you will probably never see your money or the perp again. Sorry to say you have been taken for a ride.

When dealing with international companies you are best to try and find a "Legitimate " escrow company who can send someone in to inspect the product, package the order and make sure it ships before payment is made.

i too have been ripped off from chinagarmentonline in january 2005. then they shut down and i just want to warn you......OCEANWHOLESALE IS THE SAME COMPANY!!!!! SO LOOK OUT!!! Oceanwholesale, garmentwholesale.cn, seekinchina and chinagarmentonline are the same thing, it is better if you can have an agent in china who can follow orders for you and keep in touch with you and the factory. Of cause you should know the fake garment market in china at first, I have been to that market, all items there are replicas of name brand and are of different quality, so the price is different, so it is stupid to choose cheap items according to the pictures on the website, they are of crap quality, believe me.]

Contact the Chinese Consulate in your area, form a complaint against the company give them as much info on the company as possible. Just to show you mean business tell them the US Govt has also been notified and know you were going to ask china to help shut these people down and deal with them legally.

Dont expect the world but heck any pressure is worth a try.

The names of the people sound like the same people who scammed me from ZengWAng International. The guy was Gerald and his so called wife Vivian. This sound like the same group. There website is zengwang.com. This is all the same group of people. We need to do something to them. I want my 3000.00 back.
