GMTV NEEDS YOU

Hello all- hope you don't mind me posting a message but I need your help!

I am in the process of working on a an item for GMTV on scams and was hoping you guys could help me out with info and maybe even appear on camera to tell me about your experience. Fear not- it would be done in the most sensitive of ways.

Basically, we are hoping to feature a different scam on each day of the week (25th Sep) ... highlighting not only how people are drawn in by the scammers but also giving expert advice on how to avoid this happening to you and how to identify a scammer.

If you can help or know someone who may be interested, I would really appreciate your advice / participation!

Are you looking for just victims in your area, or of a certian type of scam?

Hi Shaun... thanks for your message.

Preferably I would be looking for case studies in the UK but we do have an office in New York so extending the search criteria really wouldn't be a problem at all.

The victim would ideally need to be available to appear on the programme (either from the studio in London or from a designated studio near to their home in UK or US) during the week of the 25th September.

I would also like to have the chance to do some filming with them before that week so that we can get brief details of their story on tape.

If you know of anyone who may be suitable and available, I would very much like to talk to them. I understand that this is a sensitive subject and will do all I can to ensure that the person is happy and that their identity is protected where necessary.

Hello

Just putting my 'two cents' in. It's probably too late, but what is GMTV ?, and because she spelled Shaun Wrong & Programme wrong!!...I wonder.
Has anyone heard from her?
I am 'not in a good place', and I am skeptical of most people now. (Maybe I'm reading too closely, but We never know, do we)
