I have gotten a few strange emails from people to our main Scam Victims United email account complaining about United Airlines and problems with reservations. Both times they are contacting us at Scam Victims United as if WE are United Airlines Customer Service center. (one person even told me that "this is the email address they gave me on the phone for complaints")

Not sure what is going on, but I wanted to get it out there in case others are seeing issues.

This afternoon I called your United Customer Service number
1-800-421-4655. I made a reservation for my daughter using my
accumulated miles. The woman I talked with did not give me a
confirmation number and was unable to send me an email confirming my
reservation request.
When I called back a few minutes later to confirm the reservation I was
told that no such reservation existed. I had given her my credit card
number. I am concerned that this was not truly a United employee as her
behaviour was unprofessional.

Please call me an tell me what to do.

Dear,

Please, can you send us a proof for the insurance that we have when we travel,that we had a delay on our fights from Brussels to Chicago on the 7 th of may,flight AC 5911,
so because of this we missed or flight from Chicago to Vancouver who was on at 3.35 PM fight AC 5133.We had to take the flight UA 472Y at 8.48P and arrived in Vancouver at
11.14P.
RESERVATION NUMBER OF JOHAN RAES PPFDLE

DEVRIEZE MARYSE TOZVZU.



Because we had a delayed for more that 2 HOURS and we missed or flight to Vancouver they pay us the hotel and taxi back.

When I told them they had the wrong email address they said

please can you give me the correct email address,we have called United airlines and the have given this one to us,
