I have successfully bought a number of items from several sellers on Ioffer, until recently .

I bought a bag from reifenstein22, who assured me the bag I was buying was the same as pictures.

I paid her my money which she acknowledged receiving through Western Union, and then the trouble started.

She kept promising to post my bag, and eventually after about 10 messages said she had sent it..only to give me a non existent tracking no!

I then had to send her another 3messages before I got a valid tracking no.

In the meantime, she then rated me as ' Non Paying' ..

When the bag arrived it was a cheap horrible bag, and I immediately contacted her..She has refused to give me her address for return of item and credit..

HEREIN LIES THE RUB -I CANNOT LEAVE FEEDBACK OR REPORT HER BECAUSE she put me down as' non-paying'- effectively cancelling the sale, and therefore disabling any feedback, or report dispute facilities on the site..
THE SITE DOES NOT PERMIT FOR ANY OTHER FEEDBACK OR POSTING UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES- SO IN EFFECT ALLOWING SELLERS TO GET AWAY WITH THIS TYPE OF DISHONESTY!!

BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH HER..

Her shop is called reifenstein22

There is a PR email address, you might try abuse@ too, and also their postal address. It won't get your money back, but it does at least give you a route to inform them.

Using Western Union for a business transaction is always risky, it is the same as handing a stranger a wad of cash, and you have no consumer protection at all.
