Should I take it as Scam or Real?

I have years experience reading these kind of emails and a lot of red flags are in this one....this is DEFINATELY a scam.

I agree. I am going to guess that they will send you a cashier's check for payment, and it will be for too much money and they will want you to wire some of it back to them. Don't do it! Once the bank finds out the check is counterfeit they will come after you to pay the money back.
