I had the same problem a couple years ago before I found an actual legitimate company that was able to sell my timeshare. I have two properties one in Las Vegas and one in Orlando.
An agent from CNC Timeshares called me last year wanting to know if I was looking to sell my timeshare, and of course I replied yes. After a long discussion and doing research on their company I decided to sign up with them.
My research results were: They have an A- rating with the BBB and they are a member with 4 chamber of commerces in south Florida. I called one in particular, the Southeast Chamber of Commerce who gave CNC Timeshares an excellent recommendation.
CNC told me that they would be able to sell my properties within 90 days and would also help me get my money back from the other companies that scammed me. I am so glad that I decided to sign up with them. Not only did they sell my Orlando Timeshare (gaining a profit) but they were also able to recover $1886.00 from another company I signed up with.
I have to say my experience with CNC has been GREAT! Their staff is extremely helpful and very professional. They were also able to get my Vegas property rented last year and are marketing it for this year! It is so nice not having to worry about maintenance fees anymore!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CNC TIMESHARES TO ALL THAT ARE LOOKING TO RE LEAVE THE FINANCIAL BURDEN AND STRESS OF THEIR TIMESHARE!!
