i recently gave my name address and tele # to a prospective tenant over email, may think it is a scam. do ineed to watch out for anything in particuler now that they have that info, all response appreciated, thanks

Bit of an older post, but, in case you check back...
Such info is freely available to anyone. Name, address and phone number can be ascertained from a number of sources...dodgy website sign ups, even the phone book carries them.
If a scammer wants a persons first name, they can ring the phone number, say a simple 'oh, is this Fred?' and will probably gain a reply of 'oh, no, it's Francisco'. Bingo, the caller gets the first name !
