Our firm recently filed suitagainst Dell, Inc., for a defective laptop Inspiron 600, alleging fraud and breach of warranty, claiming compensatory and punitive damages, and attorneys' fees, under the laws of the State of TN. The Courts of TN awarded judgment against Dell, Inc., in the approximate sum of $15,000: $1,500 attorney's fee; $1,000 refund of purchase price; and $12,500 in punitive damages. |
