Looks like this is scam website, I did order an ipod and it almost 5 week since I order. All the emails under that site is not working. Even the pay pal registered email account is not working. PLEASE BE AWARE

The company seems legit to me, i know a person in spain and he says he thinks they are legit. He lives 10 km away from the company

unless you buy the item from ebay or it states paypal buyer protection there is a chance that you may lose your money. if you have a problem with the company (not receiving the merchandise) then you file a dispute with paypal. they then give the seller so many days to resond to your complaint (in my case it was 12 days). then if they find in your favor they will remove funds from the sellers paypal account and give to you. (in my case there was none left in there). SOOOO!!!!! I LOST ALL MY MONEY! PLEASE BE AWARE OF USING PAYPAL AND THINKING THAT YOU ARE PROTECTED!!!!

I had the same experience with Tocom. I ordered a phone on August 8 and actually received a "personal" message from Cristina Leroy telling me that they would send a tracking number when they ship. I called and got an answering machine. I filed with Paypal but found the sam e result. Tocom did not respond and Paypal found in my favor....Unfortunately there was no money in Tocom's account. Let's stay in touch and try to catch these people.

For may case the last date to respond to the paypal is today. As you say that paypal is taking other people money and putting that to their account. How they can do that not validating. I did order with this guy only because they use Paypal. What is the solution?

Definately a scam. The website's layout is exactly the as http://www.hyperhardwaresl.com which was shut down a couple of weeks ago.

I talked to EBAY about the http://www.tocomhardwareonline.com scam and they are not willing to help us. PAYPAL is a unsecure method outside EBAY. We need to post this as much place as possible so that people will use a secure credit card with protection any place other than EBAY.

Ut2006, you can go to dnstuff.com and see where the company is located, and the emails of the people. It also has a whole lot of other cool stuff.
