This outfit is yet another offshore-scam artist:
http://www.cyberweb-designs.net.
The owner of this scamming website is Andrew Hernandez.
While I was out of work and looking, I was contacted by him. He claimed that he found my resume out on CareerBuilders.com and felt that I would be an indeal candidate a job opening - Payments Manager/ Payment Processing Services. I responded that I was interested but only if this was legitimate and legal in the US. I was sent an employment contract, had a friend who has legal expertise look it over before I signed it and faxed it back. What this job was - to be a liason between the company and its 'customers' here in the USA. I was to receive the funds from their customers, once the checks cleared - send the funds to the company, minus my commission and the fees for the Western Union wire transfer. The first check I received was (on June 5th - my birthday no less) , it was a US Bank Money Order for $2400. After putting it into my bank account, and waiting 24 hours as I had been told I needed to wait for the check to clear - I took out the money minus what I was due and sent it via Western Union to Spain. (Does this sound familiar? See the details of the folks who created this website).
Needless to say I was contacted by my bank (about 7 days later) that the Money Order had had a Stop Payment on it and I now was in the hole over $2000!!
I like many other people, DO NOT have that kind of money laying around. I have contacted the BBB, FBI, local Plymouth Police and now that I have found this website, will also contact their list of other agencies. Bottom line is - it will take me until October to finally pay this off, only after great financial difficulty.
I have been trying to contact this slime ball. Up until June 8th he was at least communicating with me, only because he had forged 2 other checks that he had snail mailed to me. These I put into my bank account and didn't touch so when it came back that they were forged - I only had to pay the fee for a returned check and not the entire amount. (This is also because I had already been filing complaints against him, otherwise I might have been responsible as well for the forged checks.) I have sent him an email yesterday after seeing the this website is still up and running and he is advertising this position as an URGENT NEED.
