Tru they accept Paypal which is secure but when you try to order is says that there is an error and doesnt let you pay.

Sorry if I sound like an idiot but I'm relatively new to this whole scamming thing. Ive made many successful deals over the internet and kinda went in too strong this time and I may be out about 3000 from this company. I initially was getting good correspondence through email and telephone from this company, however all of this stopped after my wire transfer was sent. The site is still up and I placed an order under a fake name to see if that new person would get a response but so far nothing...
Is there anything I can do to try to reverse this wire transfer and get my money back if this isnt legit? I have received several calls and emails from Edy Alen at first but now nothing although I have a bank account information and a telephone number (I cant seem to get through) and address. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That is why I stay away from people who only accept wire transfers and western union. It is very hard to get your money back you might have already lost it. All I can say is take the wire reciepts o your bank to see if they can help you out. Always try and use a secure form of payment. Try to use credit card as much as you can. If anything goes wrong you can make a chargeback and get back your money. Hope I helped

Post subject:  Hyper Hardware

Hey, Im also looking to buy from HYPER HARDWARE and am trying to find out whether they're legit....Anyone know? I called them 2day and left a message (tho it didnt identify whose answer message it was). They look kinda right I think, and they use paypal, which is good, except I dont think I have any protection with paypal as I'm not in the states, and theyre not an ebay member...
But yeah, does any one have any good info on them? Past experience or anything?
Thanks heaps

If you are not in the states be careful plus you heard the saying If its TOO good to be true It probably isn't. Investigate more before you purchase

i'm pretty sure hyperhardware sl is a scam, which is bad news for me because it means i've just lost 426.00 euros.

i ordered a phone from them on friday and after i queried it with the sales department, "mauricio burton" replied that my order had been processed and would ship wednesday for the latest. i've been mailing them since last night about it but a notice on their website says they are having problems with their email server.

so i did a WHOIS on their domain, and it came up with this:

i tried going to the fermaxelectronicaonline site but apparently the account had been suspended.
here's the cache:
http://64.233.161.104/search?q=cache:F2 ... =clnk&cd=1
notice how similar it is to hyperhardware sl.

then i searched for information about them and got this:
http://translate.google.com/translate?h ... 14,GGGL:en

so yes, it looks like i've been scammed

i've opened a paypal dispute but i doubt i'll get very far....

Post subject:  got refund but still think it's a scam

I just got my money back from PayPal after disputing the charges. I ordered an iPod which they never sent out. However, I still think it's a scam. I'm guessing they have a large amount of money tied up in a PayPal account (that PayPal has locked) and they are trying to look good so they can get some of it out.

It's interesting that they could read the emails from PayPal about the dispute, but "had problems with their email servers" which prevented them from reading and responding to everyone else's email.
