Then the subsequent email from me.

"Hello Gary,

This is my third request for a refund of the $297 paid for coaching that did not occur.
I quote you below:

Sorry."

If it is truly J.U.N.K., then why would you charge me $2,250 for it and more to the point,
why would you say you paid $6,995 for it.

You lost my trust.

Now, I am making a simple reasonable request.

I have just bought the domains http://www.internetmarketerscam.com and http://www.onlinemarketerscam.com

Can you guess who will be featured the first month and then in the archives forever?

...

Hopefully, that won't be necessary and we can settle this amicably.

Here's the answers to your questions...

1. What's included in the fees ? Do you expect us to spend more money,
say advertising & marketing before we start making money for our web site/s ?

The price included ALL expenses. No more need.

2. How long it's going to take you to choose a product, built a web site/squeeze
page and bring some traffic in start making sales.

Normally I get right to it. It takes about 5-7 days for me to everything
rolling.

3. How do we get involve in the program ? Are you regularly updating to us
by emails about the progress of the program ?

I update you by email every time there's something new going
on.

4. What are the differences between 3 months/ 6 months/12 months programs ?
It wouldn't take 3 months to choose product/build web site squeeze page/auto
response letters and marketing, and what would you be doing for the rest of
the time ? after the the first one is built and earning money, would you be
teaching us to duplicate the efforts to build another one ? If so, how are you
going to teach use - email, telephone/telecast etc ?

The difference is the time frame. Basically the more time I have to

How did you pay for his course? with credit card or paypal? if you used your credit card dispute the charge and tell your credit card company he never delivered the service and has defrauded you. If paypal well you can kiss the money good bye as paypal will only back product that is purchased and is not digital or service in nature.

Gary Baker ripped me off for $11,200 for a "So called" business he sold me.

He supposedly sold me his co-registration business for $11,200 back in February 2006.

Only thing was he didn't tell me that I still had to buy all the lists through him - not only that but he simply didn't provide any support for changing over the new business and he flat out deceived me with his marketing and to top it all of he simply started selling the same leads again himself - in direct competition with me!

After a few months he simply stopped answering my emails which means I could get a supply of leads - My business died.

There's heaps more to the story but that's the basic outline.

I paid him $11,200 (I have the paypal transactions to prove it) and he simply stopped supplying me so my business would die!

That's the kind of guy Gary Baker is. Beware.

Gary Baker is still very active on the net and ripping people off. If we don't do anything, more people will get ripped off again.

You are not alone..
I was taken for 3797.00... Yes ...this fraud sold me on Creating a Web business for me. Promised complete.....everything done for me...... That was a year ago... numerous email to him... excuses in his responses... Last email... he was down for some time with a stomach virus but now back at 100%...Confirmed he would have everything ready in couple of days. Have not heard from him since...continue to email but no response... Has anyone used the report this Author option on the ezine articles website... He as numerous postings there... Maybe by reporting tjis author...it may help others. As anyone had any luck with gaining a refund. I paid through paypal which is hooked through my credit card... Not sure if charge back is possible...Any suggestions or help would be most apprecited... Thanks

Gary Baker came into my life two days ago, how he got my email address, I do not know but, twice in one day, he offered to set up a site - very similar in content to what I have read here from others - for $4000-odd.
I replied with a thank you and the notice that I did not need his help.

He replied that he makes $10,000 a month and I do not. Yes, he said that, too. I replied that what he makes does not interest me and I was deleting his email. He replied that I should have been aborted at birth and called me a c.. He was equally abusive this morning. I am reporting him to Google since he has a gmail address and I am going to report him to the local newspapers in his town. By the way, does this equate with cyber bullying?

I can attest to what others have posted here. My upfront total investment with Gary is a whopping US$3,244 (August, 2009). He didn't preform anywhere near what was initially promised (Web Biz Program) and now totally ignores emails and refund requests.

As eznetbiz advised (thanks David), I'll be taking this matter to the: Office Of the West Virginia Attorney General,
Consumer Protection Division. In addition, I'll be seeking a Lawyer who works on a contingency fee basis where Gary resides: Martinsburg, WV. 25405.

I have launched complaints with both the Attorney General's Office of West Virginia and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (in collaboration with the FBI). Both complaints are currently pending, so don't currently know what the eventual outcome will be. The intention is to nail this guy!

You really want to keep an eye on this guy. I have been a member of his list and have noticed that every few weeks or so he sends out an email that states that he is so busy that he has to sell off one of his money making businesses and offers to auction it off to a "lucky" winner. he states that this business makes great money each month but he is just too busy to attend to it....and it can be yours for $$$$.

The last "valuable" business that he sold lead to something called Lazy List Income. You can see the page here http://lazylistincome.com. He sold this business for over $2,500.00. I got curious and did a search for lazy list income and was lead to Flippa where the EXACT same product was being sold with a different domain name for a buy now of less than $100.00.

My advice when dealing with this guy is to remember that nothing is a good deal. If you think you got a good deal you should count your money, fingers, toes, and then your relatives.

Somehow got on his list -- I don't ever remember signing up, but if I did, it was a big mistake. When I sent him an email requesting that he take me off his list-- he is violating SPAM rules by not having an unsubscribe link on any of his multiple daily annoying emails -- he responded very rudely, told me I'd signed up, he was glad to be rid of me, I was a whiner, etc. You will get multiple uninteresting email messages every day from him, all promising huge amounts of money and cluttering your inbox. Scammer with a capital S, and I'm glad I didn't send him any money.
