Has anyone here heard of this business?

I got invited to a conference call the other night and they work on a concept of gifting.

They want me to gift them $3500 plus wire to the West Indies a one time annual web site usage fee.

Sounds to much like the 419 Scam for me.

Has anyone participated or know of the business?
