just wanted it noted I have recieved ntohing but apalling customer service on receipt of broken / unusable goods.
I purchased data cables almost half a year back now, bluetooth dongles that dont work and Bluetooth headsets that buzz so loud you cant hear yourself think !!
the response at first was they knew of certain faults..
the response 6 months later after still no money back is...
they work fine here, the problems lies in your country..
no the problem lies with me being seriously out of pocket from yet anopther dodgy fly by night chinese company..
if they come across this message and sort it out ..i would consider retracting my ststement that they havnt refunded money, however six months down the line i doubt it !! again the company name to avoid is SKYWING -- AVOID
