hello anyone out there..I am in the middle of a bank check fraud as we speak..i received the check yesterday and called the bank,First National Bank of Omaha and it is bogus..this is the Frances Sodoma,Bowling Greene KY.scenario..I am wondering since this is in motion,ie the man just emailed me to check on it...who might help me to catch this guy in the act..please answer me here |

Chances are the person is in another country, so it would have to be the law enforcement and government in that country that would have to do something about it. There is not really a way to "catch" these people. |

well yes you may be right of course..except the trail, the bogus First Bank of Omaha bank check was UPS deliverd and mailed from Chicago..???? but thanks for your reply.. |

Yes and that person that mailed it from Chicago is most likely a victim too who was looking for a job and was sent an email about a phoney job offer processing checks... they are very good at getting all kinds of innocent people to do their dirty work...

again thanks for being there..i am finally starting to get over it..strange the fear it caused..but again although there appears to be no other course than to try and warn and educate others which you are doing i thank you ..and will get back with all the details that might help others..fs |

Feel free to post any information on the scammer that you think another person may do a google search on. We have seen some people who are saved from becoming a scam victim because they googled the name of the scammer, or the email address, and it came up on this site. |
