I think we need a Documentary like the one on Gas companies in Gasland about the Banks and the Banking laws to inform the American public how one way the laws are in favor of the Banks. I still believe to this day that counterfeit cashier check scams would not be successful if the Banks really wanted to stop it? |

I could not agree with you more A documentary would get the word out about these scams and how they work And, to your other point, if banks were the ones that liable for the checks the you KNOW they would make sure that they were real before they gave anyone a dime So, do you know any film makers that would want to take on this challenge? |
