Post subject:  Looking for Zanett notes investor victims

Zanett (Nasdaq symbol ZANE) was selling Unsecured Subordinated Notes through its agent Sumner Harrington (who was disciplined for the same violations in 2004 and is no longer registered) and claims it has no money to pay back its investors with average age 66. . website still up zanettnotes.com

These companies get away with fraud due to lack of strong laws and enforcement. The setup is stack against the victims: SEC and FINRA don't help recover losses (as they claim on their websites), and lawyers won't bother with anything less than a million at stake. Madoff went to jail because he dared to scam the rich and famous. Small investors, especially seniors, get screwed time and time again. Why would anyone stop this profitable business model: swindle old folks out of their life savings and wait for them to die or walk away due to the long excruciating process to seek justice. Your worst case scenario? Your company goes under, but you get to keep it all. A slap on the wrist or loss of license. With the fortune assembled that way, who needs license?!

If you have any info about helpful sources, lawyers or planning a potential action, please, reply.
Thank you
