Post subject:  The Biggest Ponzi Scheme

It may be worth discussing by far the largest Ponzi scheme ever created, especially because 1) we all know about it; 2) we all participate in it; 3) we are forced to be involved; and 4) the media and politicians have declared it to be the most popular government program of all, and think it is GOOD. I speak of course of Social Security. And likewise, the Federal government of the United States as a whole, which is "investing" peoples' money, and paying back creditors only by means of borrowing from future creditors. There is nothing at all about this that isn't Ponzi-like... Admittedly, they throw in some counterfeiting techniques by having the FED just print of notes of credit out of thin air (Federal Reserve Notes) that suggest there is something in RESERVE (a bold-faced lie).

We are all victims of this horrific socialist program, and the government spending issue as a whole, and we will all suffer under their collapse, which, barring a major new source of wealth (such as nuclear fusion) will simply not be sustainable. All the other scams we read about here are 1) annoying, 2) amusing, 3) frustrating, 4) unfair, 5) wrong, 6) immoral, 7) angering, 8.) criminal etc. But what the Federal Government of the US foists upon us can be described similarly, plus we are forced to participate AND we have the government daring to tell us that it is NOT a Ponzi scheme. That, and the reasonably confident fact that our Founding Fathers specifically commented about not allowing multigenerational debt, one must see that what our Congress hath wrought is overwhelmingly more WRONG than any previous Ponzi scheme.
