Beware. Investment scam involving an individual know as Arthur A. Deluca (A.K.A. "Duke" Deluca). He claims high returns, i.e. 10%/month, etc. if you invest. Washington State "has reason to believe" He has "violated the Securities Act of Washington State". This man destroyed many peoples lives.
