This person has the same name as Nick. Get your facts straight. I found out that Nick is going into a new business with Michael Jackson and Elvis. Please stick to the facts or this site will get shut down.

No one should jump to conclusions until they have real information.

MD. Dont you think with all the noise around this firm it would be logical for investors who have more than a comfortable amount in this thing to take their money out and see how this thing plays out? Also don't you think it would be intelligent for people wanting in to wait and see what happend before sending checks over to this company? If you think agape is legit, then this shouldnt be an issue right? It's a fact that intelligent people who study this sort of criminal activity think this thing is a scam. Ist that worth something?

Everyone has their own tolerance for risk. If you do not feel comfortable with this investment, you should pull your funds out. People on this site are getting information overload. Factual or not. As others have said, let s see how everything plays out in several months. I have no problem with any organization investigating this company it will prove it s validity or not. They have no complaints on record. But to constantly bash Agape World Inc. is wrong.

I don't think stating the shady things Agape is doing is bashing them, thats informing people what they are getting into. I'm copying meatcurtains comment about what are facts:

1) Nick is a convicted felon, guilty of financial fraud and spent 2 years in prison
2) Agape was incorporated in NYS in Aug 2000, the exact same time Nick was released from Federal prison (not in business since 1999 as stated on the website)
3) Loans are currently being extended, which historically has signaled a collapse of a ponzi operation
4) The internal staff does not consist of seasoned veterans of the commercial lending world, but a strange collection of reps that were previously nightclub DJs, etc
5) The is little to NO transparency of the actual loans, unlike reputable Bride Loan lenders (go to their websites to see for yourself...most include staff biographies, pictures of properties that they are giving loans on, etc, etc)
6) There are multiple shell corporations that have been opened over the past couple years at the EXACT same address and suite # of Agape - historically another red flag of a ponzi operation
7) Possible violations of NYS Banking laws for not being licensed.
Nick's voicemail box is full, and investors feel like their concerns are being ignored.
9) Mike Kessler, who makes a living investigating such frauds, has written two articles clearly indicating that he believes this to be a ponzi scheme

Now how is that bashing them?

Thats right MD1438, everyone has there own tolerance for risk, some people will rob banks some will sell drugs others will get involved with a ponzi scam even though they know that some less informed innocent individuals that get in behind them will lose all there money.

Investor 07. Your first 2 points are facts and the loans are delayed. The rest are allegations and opinions, not facts. Checkmate, that is your over the top viewpoint.

Per the AGAPE WORLD website:

Our Approved Investors benefit from the model Agape World Inc. provides:
* 99% security of your investment by first position UCC filing. Has a UCC been found for every transaction---I think NOT
* Investors are in complete control of their funds and are able to access at any time.WRONG AGAIN
* Each loan is collateralized by 100% commercial asset lien.NO ONE has seen these filed
* 1099's are issued at the end of the year for interest accrued.SO WHAT
* Clients are consulted directly and personally with their executive every loan term.Thier EXECUTIVE????
*Loan terms range from 60 days to 18 months.TRUE

They haven't left there office. Unless I was somewhere else the other day and did not know it? Also who cares what kind of car his brokers drive. They make alot of money and are also invested. What do you care besides jealousy what kind of car they drive. Do you question the cars that brokers down on wall street drive. Get real already.

ohplease - the point is: what were these brokers driving 5 years ago...and yes, that is a simple way to break this down, but also realistic....the brokers and sub-brokers (which no reputablte firm uses) are living large....ON YOUR MONEY
