Post subject:  Louis Vuitton watch hurts...

So I saw this brand new Louis Vuitotn watch on eBay that listed all the information that was crucial to its identification as being a real one. I get a faxed copy of the certificate of authenticity as well a smore pictures of the watch in every single angle possible.

The seller offers me the watch for $4500 , for which I assumed was a good price since these watches normally list for $6K-8K. I send him the money through PayPal on my credit card and day later, he sends me the shipping/tracking information.

I immediately check it out and it says that there is no such information related to the number. I figured it was okay becuase it may have been too early to disclose. I check two days later and same thing. 5 days and no item and no response from the guy. I issue a PayPal buyback and they recover how much of my funds?? $0!!!! They stated that this guy/girl may have closed his checking account of PayPal before they could get the funds or an answer. eBay and PayPal together have been working together and can not come to a conclusion. My CC is holding those funds and will fight PayPal/eBay for recovery.

What are my chances?
