He is a Nigerian national posing as a white petroleum engineer stationed on an oil rig in the Niger Delta. He also says he is a writer. He tries not only to scam money from you, but also to get your phone number so he can call you and encrypt the US area code for futher efforts. He is a very dangerous and manipulative individual. He peruses support websites and singles websites looking for victims. I have contacted the police department in Lagos, Nigeria to report him and have been told that I am not the only one who has issued complaint against this "person" in the past 30 days.
