Look out for Vicky Williams and Maria Brown. Although they are not the smartest scamers...they both sent me the same email. I advised them to send me a check so i am waiting for Vicky Williams check...but I told Maria Brown that her buddy was taking the apartment and I was waiting for her check..... What do they do, just send mass emails to the world? I don't understand how this operation still exists after all this time, it's so easy to scam bait.... |

I put a room for rent on Craig's list just 3 days ago and all 4 replies have been extremely suspicious, i.e. wanting to move in ASAP; moving from Canada; moving from Hawaii; ALL 4 OF THEM said they can't call but will send money via cashier's check or money order right away via a relative!!! One even asked for my banking info to "wire" me the money. I can't believe how fast these scammers pounce on any opportunity! TheSteg |

@thesteg, it would help if you could post the username, emal address and the emails. Be sure to leave out your information. This way if anyone does a google search it will lead them here. |
