Typical room rental fraud, sent bank draft, for $3,000 drawn on Bank of Nova Scotia. Wants difference in rent and monies sent returned to Paris, France. Phoned:speaks poor english. Told him have to wait until cheque clears, though never deposited it in first place. He replied to my advert. on Craigslist.
