My husband got done by this scam for rental apartment in Canberra where is very hard to find share accommodation and was getting desperate. Many emails between Marie Jacqueline in London who even phoned and spoke with me as did her so called lawyer. We have placed all communications with the Australian Federal Police in Canberra. In today's Sydney Morning Herald there is an article about this scam coming from Italy however I would also advise to keep an eye out for those emitting from United Kingdom with a yahoo email adress. |
