Dear all,

I have been a victim of a sublet in public housing. Her name is Jennifer Davila. Her address is 50-32, 31st Avenue , woodside in Queens. New York. She is very nice when you first meet her, she will cook for you and do everything under the sun to get your money. When I was moving out she refused to give me back my deposit and she threw me out of the house. I had to call the cops to witness my moving out. She also uses the room she rents out to store other things. Spread the word about this drama queen. They play loud music and smoke pot with the boyfriend everyday of the week. Its a night mare living with her. She lives with a dog, she does not clean up after and she expected me to clean up with her. When I refused she started to try and bully me into submission. She is wicked and a drama queen. Please be warned.

For that amount, you would be taking her to small claims court.
