I was recently scammed by a Person from BlackPlanet (Ricard McCarthy (so he says that is his name). He stated he is there for a wife (wantrealwife [web name]). He gave the story of living in NY; wife died; mother died of cancer and father died last year. He stated that he works in Nigeria, with a company called "Turner Construction, Co". I wanted to believe him. He gave some sad stories. The money is not the issue, money can be replaced, but using someone because you think you can is not right. Something has to be done about people like that. I just want to put it out there. Ladies watch out for him. I did care about him, but not enough to let it go. I am researching on what else I can do about this person. He is located in Lagos, Nigeria. I have a lot of updated photos of him. WATCH OUT for him. |

I have been informed since submitting this information that the information on the "BlackPlanet.com" Mr. McCarthy is untrue. I do know him and the information I was sent regarding this site has been posted by someone who had a relationship with him and it did not work out so malicious information has been posted. When I was given information about this site and to review the statements about him. I did feel like a victim. I did give him money and after a lengthy discussion it is being paid back. I retract my previous posting and apologize to Mr. McCarthy. Mr. McCarthy has some unsolved issues with the individual(s) that have posted informaiton on this site about him. I am no longer apart of it. |

Weather you want to believe it or not, I do believe you are in contact with a scammer. |
