I recently received a "date" request from a networking site and thought it a bit odd, the guy wouldn't answer any questions via email and wanted my number to call and talk. First, it wasn't a dating site and secondly, I hadn't approached him.... I Googled his name and came across this site where apparently he has been busy since at least 2008. Per previous reports, Shaun Raymond is scamming women for money. I hadn't gotten to that point because he only sent me a friends request a few days ago but the story is the same. He told me he was dicorced with a 15 year old son. He told me he is a Motivational Speaker that lived in Florida but he's originally from the UK..... When I reviewed the notes on here from 2008 under Nigerian Dating Scam/Shaun Raymond, his story is almost identical to what he told me. I have blocked him from my account and want to thank the internet and this forum for bringing this to my attention. Beware ladies, this is 2010 and he's still at it. Best of luck! |
