Hello, I think I am being scammed
. Mostly because I have not been able to pay my bills in 2 monthes. My cell phone just got turned off and I am about to lose my house if I can't find help real fast. 
and I don't know what to do. Is there anything I can do? See it started 5 monthes ago when this girl IM me. She said she was stuck in Nigeria because all her money was stolen. She continued to tell me that her family died so she was very alone with no one to help her. She promised me many things which made it hard to say no. She said all she needed was $150.00 dollars to make her flight home. Well some where around $40,000.00 dollars later she still there. Not to mention the $4,000.00 fraud check she sent me which got me into a mess with the band. I have enough money in the bank to get out of debt. Problem is the way I sit it up the bank has my money on hold. All the money is in a CD which has a loan against it, thus why they put it on hold. Which means I have no money. The bank will not listen to me. They fully agree that I have been scammed. I have questioned her many times about possible fraud but she denies it all. Is there anything I can do now? Is there anyone that can help me? I serious don't know what to do. All I wanted was a little romance in my loney life. daveywaveyp
