I figured that much by the term dumps and the costs where for Visa, mastercard, and American Express. I just don't think if you WU $500-$1000 to this guy that he would actually send you anything in return. Not to mention he is an idiot for posting it here. I would think a true ID stealer would not post the information out here in the public like that since they would want to keep attention off themselves.

I did a google search on this guys ICQ # and he is a scam. Apparently he rips off other crooks and they complain about it online. He will send you dumps, but they are old canceled cards.
