If you are wondering if this is a scam I'd say the English is very laddish especially for someone who claims to live in Atlanta. He didn't use the phrase "Y'all" once.

Other things to look out for. Is the item you are selling worth $700? Also watch out for a check worth a lot more than the selling price and instructions to wire the balance somewhere.
