should i still worry the police will come to my home and arrest me i have been having nighmares lately i am single and dating i dont want to have a new potencialy boy friend at my home for dinner and have them knock at my door to arret me i am so crazy any more over this mess it is a shame one day your on top of the world in spitit and the next your like empty ,man i want to try so hard to say any one i can from this mess

Why would anyone be coming to arrest you? If everything you said in your other post http://scamvictimsunited.com/phpBB2/vie ... php?t=1739 was true, then the bank will not even be upset with you because the money is still there in that bank account. They will take that money when the check comes back as counterfeit and that will be the end of it from their end . . . they would have the money that they are after so they don't care about it after that.

If there was no money in that account and then they would have a problem with you since in their eyes you would owe them the money . . . this is why I made the second post that I did in the other thread clarifying that you should leave enough to cover outstanding checks/bills you have that would come from that account and the $5000 to cover the counterfeit check.

Like I said before, as long as they have the money, the ball is really in your court as to what the next step is . . . to let this go and call it a learning experience, or to try and fight the bank to get back some of the money.
