I have just been hit by the money order scam. Luckly the bank wasnt involved, but the grocery store where i sent the western union is out to get me. I am a single mother of 4 kids and I cant face the embarassement of this and I dont have the money to repay them.

You would have had better luck with the bank, you would have had a relationship with them, they could make a loan for you. The grocery store will press charges.

the store owners know me so they are supposed to call me tonite to work out the details. I live in a small town and the cops are my friends and know me well enuff to know i had no bad intentions. Lucky for me that we are a close community and help each other out.

The store owner and I have things worked out. I still have to face the post office and Western Union fraud charges. The store owner is sad that it happened to me, but glad that we now know what to watch for. Like me she hadnt known much about the fake money orders.
I am not just letting this go. I called several of the local radio stations and told them what happened to me. I am making up posters to put up at all locations I can think of in town to warn people. The local sheriff did tell me that last week they were investigating 3 other cases in my county alone. They are working it hard and I am going to do all I can to warn people also. The store owner insisted that I put one of my posters up at her store.
I HAVE TO STOP THIS AS MUCH AS I CAN SO I DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!
Oh ya........Im also sending an email to TYRA BANKS!

The Post Office has lost nothing, neither has Western Union, the retailer is out the money.

This morning I was checking my email and .........the "jerk" that scammed me was on yahoo!!!! WILLIAMSTEV22.
He still says it was not his fault but his clients. I printed off the entire conversation. He says he is now in London and that if I send him the money for western union charges he will "Give me back my money"

I am on my way to the police to give them the printed conversation.........LIKE THAT WILL DO ANY GOOD......THEY CANT CATCH THESE GUYS!!!
I notified Yahoo that he was online again............LIKE THAT WILL HELP EITHER!!!
But I tell you this...........I WILL DO WHATEVER I CAN TO KEEP OTHERS LIKE ME FROM GETTING IN THE SPOT I AM IN!
I am so broke and I dont have money for groceries! I dont even want to go into the store that I got the western union thing done because they want money that I dont have.
So i trudge on......but I wont give up the fight!!!

A lot of people that lose money will be contacted again, they want to victimize you twice

I feel sorry for anyone who has to endure this type of humiliation. I am also a victim who is facing trial.
