I think this is a really great idea. I just wander what our favorite poster will go now.

Transitioning to READ ONLY We are in the process of transitioning the message board to a READ ONLY status. This way the information and education about scams will be there for people, but will allow the owners, admin and moderators a much needed break from reviewing information. Remember . . . it is not the NAME of the scammer (or email address, or phone number) that is REALLY the important thing . . . they can change that information quickly and easily . . . it is the NATURE, STORY AND CONDITIONS behind situation that will confirm it is a scam. SITUATIONS WHERE YOU ARE ASKED TO WIRE MONEY AFTER BEING SENT A CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR BANK TRANSFER ARE A SCAM. |
