An initiative, set up by a dedicated unit of the South African Police, is fighting the internet scammers on a world wide basis. They have only been operational for a couple of months but are already having an effect. They are also recruiting volunteers, worldwide, to help fight the scammers and shut off their resources. You can read all about them; their aims, initiatives, successes etc., on the link below.
