HELP WARN OTHERS ABOUT FRAUDSTERS! Our new program airing on Court TV, is aimed at informing people about scams and scammers, providing tips on how to protect yourself, and resources about who to contact if you become a victim of fraud... We are currently looking to speak with anyone who has been the victim of a fraud related incident, resides in the U.S. and might me willing to be interviewed or provide information about what happened. I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know that I have been in contact with Lisa (the above poster) and she has given me a LOT of great information on this project. It turns out that we were both at the same National Center for Victims of Crime Conference in Washington DC just last month! (it's a small world) Please feel safe in contacting her and sharing your story with her. If you do not want your real name used in the story, she can make sure that no one knows it is you . . . but please contact her because the goal is to get the message about these scams out there so that others do not become victims. You could help save someone else from going through this! |
