To All, I have found this site after being scammed by a restricted share scam a while back. Today, I think I am being approached for another new scam. Can anyone confirm to me that the below is a scam? A gentleman called me claiming he is from the IRS telling me that I can claim my pending funds (teh %10 you have to pay) from them if I send them my banking details. I am suspicious of the gentleman approach for the following reasons: 1- He does not have an American accent. 2- He is calling me from different numbers every time. 3- His email domain name is "@consultant.com"? Now from the little I have said, IS THIS A SCAM? |
