As I mentioned in my post reply about Africaribb bank, I received checks written on the Coke name. Well today I emailed Coke and told them of the checks. I am in contact with them and giving them all detailed information on how I came to have the checks, who from and all information I have on this person. Hopefully since this was used in part of the scam they will push the issue and get something done to at least this one. It is a long shot but maybe they will force some authority to get involved. We can only hope.
