I need an address. I have recently been scammed out of $6500, and I have other stuff for sale, and I've been contacted by three differenent scammers already. I want them to absorb the fedex cost, and try and track theses guys down, because it's coming from within the USA.

Can I get a legitimate address, so that when they look it up, it's a legit place for them to send. They do look up the address. I tried the local police address, but they figured it out. I hear some of these guys can actually show up at your house.

Can we get one set up for this?

Roy

they figured out you gave them the police addy!? wow.

how do you know they are operating from within US? i've gotten several sent by USPS from within the country, but they still originate in lagos. they fedex a bunch of envelopes to a mailboxes etc. type place and for a fee they post them so they appear to be sent from here.

Just give them a Mailboxes etc address, or one from another mailing center like a giftshop that rents boxes and uses fedex to ship for people. Hey its a legitimate address they can look it up with mapquest no problem and find out that it exists.

You have to remember these people if they have some amt of experience will know to check an address as they themselves give false information on their return labels.

Dont go by the information on a return label as in the case of my usps envelope that I got all the return name and address info is a bunch of bull made up, mine must not of been too bright as he sent it to the wrong building number was off by quite a bit, my postman recognized the name and that is the ONLY way it ever got to me.

Why give them ANY address?

If you know it's a scam, why not just... ignore them.
