Cabinet Dumma Plakodji is one of the leading legal firms in Benin. The firm has their Head office in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria, and associate offices in most countries of West Africa I had a look at their "website": http://cabinetdp.active.ws/ and their main infact their only email address was through a free provider... (cabinetdp@yahoo.fr) so yeah i think that they are a scam... |
