Could someone help me on this.
I think They are trying the "Refundable Legend Removal Fee" trick. I got a cold call from someone (a Mr. James Peterson in my case) who wants to buy junk stocks from you (Remington Ventures inc. - in my case) for a sky high price (current trade: US$ 0.003, offer: US$ 9.75). They have send me a "U.S. EQUITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT" which is asking for a "Legend Removal Fee", which must be prepaid.
The company is called "Nakamishi Financial Inc." their homepage does not realy say much.
