Had a call from a Ms. Amanda Morrison with FH Consulting LtD. “Ferguson Hathaway Consulting Ltd.†in New York, proposing a good price for my old stocks... their website is http://www.fergusonhathaway.com I checked on Whois and found out their website was created at 27 May 2007 and the expiration date: 27 May 2008 is hosted by Globat. As they claim to be an US Company the registrant is from Philippines. Registrant Contact: Pricilo Malaluan (sysadmin@iiincph.com) +1.6327573441 Fax: 2901, 88 Corporate Centre, 141 Valero st., Salcedo Vill. Makati City, N/A 1227 PH Also I checked there Website and find out that they copy it from Merasco is a Finnish, independent and privately-owned corporate finance firm. http://www.merasco.com Merasco is a well established finish company with no bad record. So be very cautious if you get calls on a poor quality voice line, from a Lady with a Non-US English accent since she's just after YOUR Money! |

They have copied the content and design of an existing and valid web site of a reputable organisation. Keep away. Report any approaches received to your local authorities, and post to this site. |

I was scammed on a stock 4 months ago - then this company has called me with the same MO as described by others.... They have a client ready to buy out my shares using an escrow account. The guy said the fee for 'restricted shares' would be withheld from my earnings .. but do not want to give any bank details etc... Must be a scam |
