I was scammed and I am pissed. ow that I have read about it I guess its the 419 thing. Anyway, I only foud out from my bank today and the thing is, they took the money out of my account- practically all my money is now gone. My question is: should I bother filing a police report? They can't and won't do anything and my money is gone. Also, should I do anything with my bank account? The scammers don't know my bank info but should I cancel my accounts at all?

I personally would file a police report, just so that there is a "record" of the entire event. I would also open an account at a new bank.
