I am victim of a scam via Southern Cross Mergers and acquisitions. First of all I sell stocks (sell price 25 time the amount of the stock) by signed a Equities Sale and Purchase Agreement. The company then want my account references. I was suspicious so I ask for a checks. Now the guy ask me to transfert the Legent Removal Fee (about 10000USD ) on a Costa Rica account.

I am always in contact with the company. I am sure it is a scam and I want to warn every body about this company.

:x

It sounds suspicious. My husband is about to pay upfront to a company doing the same kind of deal - Collins Capital Management. He is totally convinced that even though everyone is saying 'don't', because he spoke to a satisfied client today, he reckons it's legit. I reckon we'll be 5k lighter soon. He will not listen to me... help!
