hello iam silvia, im a new victim of fraud and here iam just saying hi and wanted to tell u all that it have lost alot of money from these scammers and i feel really depressed because i went to deposite a check and i wanted them to check it. They didn't and told to deposit it. now the bank says its fraud and are closing my account, now i have bad credit and also my sister because she was on that same account. |

Just open up a new account right away, there is a time lag between when your account is closed and when it is reported to ChexSystems, that is even if your account is going to be reported. Did you withdraw any money. is the account in the negative? |

i haven't withdrawn money, because the bank told me that the check needs to be clear to see ifit's real, at least thats what they said the day that i deposited. and now the bank calls me ansd tells me its a fraud check when they never checked the router number or anything. ans that they will close my account. I guess i will wait till the day they assigned me to check if the check clears. its suppose be this week. i hope everything goes well.

well at least you didn't withdraw. in my case the bank released the check and i thought it was fine. I'm out 25,000 Help!!! |
