I had applied for a part time Caregiver position, and here is a job offer (scam offer) I received...

(This clown has basically hired me from just an emailed cover letter/resume to take care of his 140 pound, 5 ft 8 in SISTER. Who, (in their right mind) would hire a total stranger to come into their home and take care of a loved one, even offer them a place to LIVE without checking references, criminal background, meeting them face to face, or even talking to them over the phone. What an idiot!! I could be some whacked out freak, thief, serial killer...whatever.) By the way...why wouldn't she speak good English, with her last name being Lowe and she's from Philly? Northern accents aren't that hard to understand. These scammers kill me

Hi, My wife got hit with this one too, basically the same word for word, except where the sister is from.

Things progressed on this one until they actually shipped via UPS a check for $2500.00. Of course, my wife didn't do anything with the check over the weekend and the following monday got a threat that the FBI will be knocking on our door because it looks to them like she is going to "keep" the money. We were advised by our local police to simply delete all email, shred all pertaining documents (and the check), and block the email addy of the perp.

I got the same email!! this guy thinks he's slick and all any idiots would've believed him!!! Spelling and Grammers are all wrong!! Why would an employee asks for your informations AGAIN when he "allready looked at your resume and cover letter". You know what's funny I didn't replied to any job postings that's related to this field. For some reason this idiot got my email from a job website or something. His email is "michealloe@gmail.com" this dumbfuck couldn't even spell his name and the subject name correctly! Subject says "Amada Chery re Hiring Caregivers". Freaken scammers, no life ppl!! Get a damn job/career and make some real monies! They couldn't even spell!! If I was going to scam millions of people I would've done a better job than this. Freaken Idiots!!

This scam works because sadly some people will cash the check and send some ot the "money" via money wire transfer to either the scammer or someone else the scammer is working with. When the bank realizes the check is fake the person who deposited it will have to pay the money back to the bank.

I actually came across this scam and linked it to your forum Lol. I told them that all I had was a scooter and if I could take the sister to the hospital on it. I then told them that I have had several DWI's and lost my drivers license and that I like to drink on the job and if its ok.

They responded that "You should do what your professional" ??????????

I love messing with them.
