Ok new here and iv'e got some Q's. Recently answerd an ad about making money from home here's all i do! I get a check sent to me and then take it to the bank its drawn from,cash it then get ten percent,I then take the 90% divide into 2 ,send each one to the same person minus the fee's buy way of monygram. U guessed it Nigeria! now i maintian comunication with person who set this up for me and get comphermation the money was recieved on the other end all OK? And another check would be sent in a day or so to be done the same way> What kind of trouble is this going to cause me? Too good to be true!!!??? Thanks for you input , Bill |

The check is counterfeit, so if you take it to your own bank and deposit it, which most people do, in a week or so the bank will find out that it is counterfeit and come back after you for the full amount of the check. |

Well thats what I thought and so i looked up the address on the check and found out the phone # and called for validation that it was indeed a check from the dealership it was written from and the guy whom signed did infact work there and had authorization to do so.could he be scamin the company????and i suppose i could be a accessory????Just know occurred to me Im done!!! Call the dealership and ask to speak with the person who signed the check. Make sure you look up the actual dealer phone number and not use the number on the check, it could be a phoney number. Chances are this person hasn't a clue if someone else is counterfeiting checks and using their name. Depending on the results... you may also need to consider filing a police report to protect yourself. |
