Below is a serious of emails recieved from Heidel Pay, Inc. This is the first time I've ever followed through with a job request online. I need to know if this is legitimate business. I do not have to send any money or use any of my money, just have a Pay Pal account. Can anyone out there tell me how I can find out if this company is for real. Thank you for your assistance: First email received from CareerBuilder Inc. Dear Potential Employee You have been contacted as a potential employee who has registered on one of the Websites owned by CareerBuilder Inc. HEidelP Inc. is looking to fill Entry Level Payment Clerk Positions. Full paid training will be provided , full time and part time positions are available. Good communication skills and responsible personality is a plus. Second language is not necessary but a plus! HEidelP Inc. is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services including accounts receivable management, customer relationship management, and other services. . THEREFORE, in accordance with the present mutual agreements, the Parties agree as follows: On the basis of the present legal document the Agent takes the responsibility to manage incoming Pay Pal payments and the Company undertakes to accept the bank transfer and to pay for the rendered services in amount and according to the terms stipulated by the conditions of the present Contract. so you were hired without ever speaking to anyone in person, or via the phone? That is a HUGE red flag. Quote: including accounts receivable management this usually means cashing our fake cashier's checks/money orders and then wire the money back to us |

A couple of points to consider in this would be: I would think you would need some type of training to do accounts receivable not just a high school diploma. Second it says that you will recieve training and then it states it is a learn as you go job. Another point would be that you would only be working 1-2 hours per day which would be at most 14 hours a week so how do you earn $800 a week at a rate of $21 per hour? This is a scam as far as it goes. I agree with Shawn you will recieve payments and be told to either send the money to them via Western Union or transfer to a bank account you would be given. I hope this helps you and am glad that you questioned this before being stuck for money they would steal from you. It is too easy to fall into a scam when you think you are just doing what is right to make a better life. I was not so lucky and am still paying the price for the scam I got pulled into. |

Thank you all for your help...I received another letter from Michael Vogts stating that they have a client for me who will be putting money into my paypal account and I shoudl be getting instructions by Monday, maybe Sunday night. I have not given them my PayPal account information, so I am not sure how they will be transferring this money into my account. Did any of you check out the website that was posted in the original email that was sent? I am doing nothing, I plan on writing a No Thank you email to honor that "3 day" in writing cancellation point in the contract. Thanks again, everyone. Scripty |
