Below is a serious of emails recieved from Heidel Pay, Inc. This is the first time I've ever followed through with a job request online. I need to know if this is legitimate business. I do not have to send any money or use any of my money, just have a Pay Pal account. Can anyone out there tell me how I can find out if this company is for real.

The present Agreement defines your and our rights and liabilities as
related to functioning of Agent in the US ,CA or EU for reception of
payments made by clients of the Company with subsequent transfer
of money according to the specified bank details via a hereafter
specified payment system. THEREFORE, in accordance with
the present mutual agreements, the Parties agree as follows:
On the basis of the present legal document the Agent takes the
responsibility to manage incoming Pay Pal payments and the
Company undertakes to accept the bank transfer and to pay for
the rendered services in amount and according to the terms
stipulated by the conditions of the present Contract.
General provisions.
The present Contract is valid after signing by both Parties or after
observance of all incurred conditions by the Agent. The Parties
acknowledge the validity of the contents of the documents received
by communication channels equally with the documents presented
in the simple written form. Obligations of the parties The Agent
undertakes the following: To follow the provisions of the
present Contract. To provide and to confirm (if needed )the following data:
· Legal status of a resident in the territory of the US or Canada. ;
· Free time of about 1-2 business hours per day for carrying out the work;
· Free access to the telephone lines for contacts with the Manager
(cell, office, home);
After reception of bank transfers and/or pay pal transfers from
the clients of the Company to transfer 95% of the total
amount according to the bank details given by the Company via the
payment system specified by the Company within 24 business hours.
Please note that from the moment of receipt of a bank transfer or a
Pay Pal payment by the Agent the money is considered to be the
Company assets. Promptly inform the Company about any
problem occurring with regard to the working process.
The Company undertakes:
· To follow the provisions of the present Contract.
· To take into consideration the data from the Agent within 24 business
hours after reception;
· To inform the Agent about clients payments within 12 business hours
after the accept and to give further instructions;
· To pay commission to the Agent at a rate of 5% from the amount
of bank transfer or check payment; to compensate the Agent for the
time spent on each project at a $21.00 per hour rate;
· To render the Agent all necessary consultations on questions
arising during the period of cooperation
· The Agent does not bear any responsibility for an origin of money
transferred through the account of the Agent and provided with the
Company, and the commission at a rate of 5% takes as payment for
personal time deducted of a personal time of the Agent, which he/she
uses for performance of the duties under the given contract according
to conditions of the contract; This agreement may be terminated at any
time by either Party by giving the other Party a three-day (3) written
prior notice. The Agent will submit a list of accounts that have payment
arrangements. The Agent will retain possession of accounts until the
payment arrangement has been fulfilled. The Agent will be paid his/her
fees for those accounts as stated above. Responsibility of the parties
Should the Parties fail to execute or inadequately execute their
liabilities under the present Contract, they bear the responsibility in

Force majeure
· The Parties are exempt from the responsibility for partial or full

by force majeure circumstances after its conclusion;
